Conversion Project (2007)

Foreship has been in charge of the basic design and the project management of the conversion RoPax ship “Finntrader” together with Finnlines site team. The vessel was converted at Remontowa shipyard in Poland.
This significant and successful conversion included, among other modifications, 160 new passenger cabins (without affecting the vessel's profile), and introduction of drive-through cargo handling, new auxiliary engine and significant modifications in public spaces.
This project received also “Shippax Outstanding RoPax Conversion” Award.
