Extensive conversion, which included among other modifications several public spaces changes, addition of new verandahs, a new restaurant and enlarged spa. The Foreship scope of work included:
- Conversion Feasibility Study
- Update of General Arrangement
- New evacuation plan and escape calculations
- 3D-modeling of bridge wind extension
- Piping diagrams for modified systems
- Structural fire protection plan
- Interior and HVAC detail design for several areas
